The statement said the ministry had received the public a copy of it on Monday, "The Ministry of Commerce continues to implement the Cabinet decision No. (285) for the year 2013, a deal it literally, which stipulates that the responsibility for the provision of the ration card by the provinces with the exception of the subjects of flour and wheat, which remains distributed centrally by the Ministry of Commerce. "
