    An official source in the fund said in a statement to Al-Sabah newspaper that the fund included among its plans to facilitate the citizens' access to housing loans, it has taken a number of decisions, including that if the borrower's retirement is referred to the retirement, The pensioner's salary shall not be refunded by the borrower after taking a written undertaking to continue the guarantee on his pension, in addition to providing the pension number after obtaining it.
    "The new regulations also include granting the borrower the right to apply for a housing loan for two different mortgages in the event of a child eligible for marriage with the borrower, the presence of a second wife or in the case of cancellation of the first transaction, stressing that the borrower can not benefit from the housing loan twice for the same property "

    BAGHDAD - 
    The Housing Fund of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities has taken a number of decisions to facilitate the lending of citizens in various segments, most notably the creation of a formula to accept the guarantees of employees of the Ministry of Interior and Defense. 
    An official source in the fund said in a statement quoted by the semi-official newspaper "Sabah" that "the fund, including plans to facilitate the process of obtaining citizens housing loans, has taken a number of decisions, including that if the referral of the borrower's sponsor to retire, Pension on the borrower is not satisfied with the payment and after taking a written commitment to continue the bail on his pension, in addition to the provision of the pension number after obtaining it.

    He continued: The number of transactions accepted for the month of June (1402) to become the total transactions accepted for the year 2019 (5980) credit transactions in Baghdad and the provinces.     The total payments disbursed during the year 2019 amounted to (14391) loan amount and a total amount of (183,036,865,000) billion dinars. 
    He explained that this tender and achievement must be supported and supported by the government to allocate funds from the public budget in order to continue to give him, both on the issue of individual lending and by raising the ceilings of lending to citizens as well as strong entry into the responsibility of the establishment of residential complexes, which contributes effectively to Solve a crisis experienced by large segments of society.
