The Parliamentary Services Committee revealed a government move to start implementing infrastructure projects after the success of the campaigns to relieve traffic congestion.
Member of the Parliamentary Reconstruction and Services Committee, Alaa Sakr, told Al-Sabah that "the government's achievements are evident on the ground and in record time," noting that "the government has the ability to expand the scope of services to other areas."
He explained that "the development plans take a wider scope within the government program as they carry within them directing the path of the service line in all directions."
In turn, the media spokesman for the Ministry of Reconstruction and Housing, Istibraq Sabah, told Al-Sabah that "there is also government support for housing and infrastructure projects in the areas of water, sewage and municipalities," noting that "the environment is more prepared than in previous years due to government support, in addition to the fact that the legislation is appropriate to achieve more service achievements with the availability of
financial allocations."
