    He added that "some deputies do not want to take the oath of office in the hope of an executive position and this summit of selfishness," stressing that "the winning MP is supposed to not hold more than one position."
    Al-Baladway called the "Presidency of the Council of Representatives to go to the Administrative and Federal Court to resolve this controversy in terms of the MP abandoning his executive position as a winner in the elections or replaced with support to amend the internal system and legislation and the law of the Iraqi Council of Representatives to determine a specific time limit in which the powers of the winning member in case He did not take the oath. ”
    He stressed the need to "replace the deputies who did not take the oath because they were not loyal to their masses and deal positively and did not come to parliament to exercise its role and duties, and these do not deserve to represent the House of Representatives."
    It is noteworthy that the deputies who did not take the oath are the leader of the coalition of state law, Nuri al-Maliki and the leader of the coalition of victory Haider al-Abadi and the governor of Basra Asaad al-Aydani and former Interior Minister Qasim al-Araji.
