    The President of the Republic Barham Saleh, that the Iraqis are determined to move forward in the project of state-building, and make necessary reforms to ensure them a free and decent life.
    He said during a meeting with a number of tribal elders and dignitaries at the Peace Palace in Baghdad, that "the demonstration is a right guaranteed to every citizen provided that it is peaceful and without the bloodshed of citizens and security forces or overtaking public property." Indicating: "The Presidency will support compensation for those affected and hold criminals and outlaws who have fired at demonstrators."
    He stressed the need for a fundamental ministerial reshuffle to improve the performance of the government to achieve a qualitative leap in its work to provide services and employment of the unemployed and achieve social justice.
