    Shafaq News / The head of the Supreme Islamic Iraqi Council confirmed on Monday, that the last legislative elections could produce a new government that have the ability to resolve disputes and outstanding issues between the political forces and parties in the country.

    Hakim said in a statement reported for " Shafaq News " , during a meeting with Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey in Iraq , Farouk Qaimagja , that “ the democratic experiment in parliamentary elections in the country will contribute in having a government in line with a clear vision means to resolve problems and crises and settle various files in order to achieve the higher national interest .

    Hakim described that last elections as represents a "unique" experience of its kind in the region.

    Among the most prominent differences taking place in Iraq is the issue of exporting oil by Kurdistan Region through Turkey , which was announced by the regional government recently due to the rejections of the federal government to pay the budget disbursement of the region from the general budget of the country.

    As well as the ongoing military operations in Anbar province , as Sunni political forces encountered on the way of the federal government in its campaign against armed groups in the areas of the province , and accuses it of targeting the Sunnis and weaken them , especially as the operations haave began before the last legislative elections and are still ongoing
