The President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, stressed the need to make the Nowruz holiday a new opportunity for joint cooperation, acceptance of the other and collective action, calling on the Iraqi parties "to work in a patriotic spirit that transcends partisan affiliations."[/size]
[size=45]Today, Monday (March 20, 2023), the President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, said in a statement on the occasion of the Newroz holiday: “We are moving with the Iraqi federal government on the right path, and the steps give hope and satisfaction. Solving problems and rebuilding trust and confidence between the parties and components.[/size]
[size=45]The following is the text of the statement of the President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani:[/size]
[size=45]Dear Kurdish people and Kurdish people in and outside the Kurdistan Region..[/size]
[size=45]I congratulate you all with the warmest and from the bottom of my heart on Newroz and the Kurdish New Year, and I congratulate the honorable families of the martyrs. My greetings and love to every mother, father, wife, son, sister, brother and relative of a martyr.[/size]
[size=45]My congratulations, greetings, and appreciation to the heroic Peshmerga, the Asayish forces, the police, the anti-terrorism forces, and all kinds of security forces that protect the security and safety of Kurdistan.[/size]
[size=45]My congratulations, greetings, and appreciation to all those who provide services in any field of work and job, and participate in the building, progress, and prosperity of Kurdistan.[/size]
[size=45]Newroz is the glorious Kurdish national holiday. A feast of victory, self-confidence, pride and dignity. A symbol of the rebirth and renaissance of the national spirit, love of life and humanity among the Kurds and all the people of Kurdistan. It is Newroz, and with it the spirit, blood, and determination of the soul of every Kurdish lover of liberation, freedom, and a decent life are renewed, and hopes and hope for a better future are revived.[/size]
[size=45]The fire of Newroz, as it always does, kindles faith, strength and determination in us again. The Kurds have not fallen and they will never fall because with the beginning of every spring and with the first spark of Newroz fire, the spirit of steadfastness, freedom and pride is radiated in every Kurd.[/size]
[size=45]Freedom and gains are the fruits of the Nowruz spirit of the Kurdish nation and the people of Kurdistan, and it has blossomed thanks to the lives, blood, tears and dozens of years of struggle and struggle of the Kurdish and Kurdish fighters.[/size]

[size=45]Picnics, trips, and manifestations of joy in Newroz are an expression of the lively, life-loving and peaceful spirit of the Kurds and Kurdistanis. The carnival that we are holding in the embrace of the picturesque nature of Kurdistan, stems from an inherent love for life and safety, for happiness and tranquility, for reconciliation and reconciliation, which is an important and precious part of the values, spirit and heritage of our nation.[/size]
