    The information / Baghdad ..
On Tuesday, the Kurdistan Democratic Party, headed by Masoud Barzani, criticized the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, for postponing the assignment of the new Prime Minister, blaming him with "the greatest responsibility" in "breaching" the constitutional deadlines.
The party’s deputy, Diyar Barwari, said in a statement followed by “The Information”, that “breaching the constitutional timing does not bode well in terms of non-compliance with the constitution and the laws in force and that not taking a decision to name the Prime Minister does not serve the interests of any party, so the only victim is the Iraqi state as a whole Therefore, the constitution must be observed. ”
He added, "exceeding the time limits and constitutional periods is not a cure for problems, but adhering to it imposes better treatments than not adhering to it, and entering into these abuses is an unhealthy condition and is calculated on the President of the Republic and the performance of the Iraqi state in general."
Barwari pointed out that "the pressures on the president of the republic to nominate a prime minister by the parties or their political blocs or from the demonstrators; it cannot be a justification for delaying the mandate and submitting to constitutional transgressions."
He explained, "Failure to assign a prime minister and exceed the constitutional deadline will be borne by the president of the republic as the guardian of the constitution. Nevertheless, the largest bloc must be clear in order for the president to assign it, and that does not prevent the great responsibility from falling on him and the larger bloc in parliament." Ended / 25
