, The Investment Authority in Baghdad revealed, on Wednesday, 200 housing, health and industrial projects.
The head of the body, Shaker Zamili said that "there are 200 projects, includes the construction of residential complexes on the outskirts of the city of Baghdad industrial and environmental related processing sector medical waste, as well as with regard to the health sector , which includes opening health centers and clinics and invest a large hospital, and these projects will be completed according to the schedule Allotted time. "
Al-Zamili pointed out that "one of the problems facing investment in Iraq is the non-compliance with the Law of Investment No. 30 related to land planning and facilitating the procedures for investing it in projects devoted to sectors."
He continued: "There are complex procedures that lead to the reluctance to invest in Iraq, as a result of the failure to facilitate the allocation of lands by the sectors concerned, and some of them refrain from giving lands, and obstructing the procedures even after giving the approvals. There are fewer obstacles." .
He pointed out, "All we need is the precise and strict application of the law and commitment by the relevant departments and related sectors to reach a result through which international companies can be attracted." Ended 29 / A 43
