On Saturday, the new Iraqi government headed by Mustafa al-Kazemi reached out to the protesters, pledging to release the protesters who had been arrested for participating in the protests. Al-Kazimi also promised to "hold accountable the neglected of the Iraqi blood, compensate the families of the martyrs, and care for the injured."

The [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] announced [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Saturday its pledge to release protestors who had been arrested in connection with their participation in the popular protests that took place in October, also promising justice and compensation for the relatives of more than 550 people.
Also, Saturday evening, the new Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, addressed the Iraqis with a televised speech, and that came after the first meeting of the government.
And the word that Al-Kazemi addressed to the people, in conjunction with calls on social media, to relaunch the Sunday demonstrations.

Al-Kazimi promised to "investigate the facts in all events." On Wednesday, the parliament approved 15 of the 22 ministers, and thus Al-Kazemi still has the task of replacing seven ministers.
Al-Kazemi was the head of the intelligence service when the worst social crisis erupted in post-Saddam Hussein Iraq.
In his speech, Al-Kazemi pledged to "hold accountable the Iraqi blood negligent, compensate the families of the martyrs, and care for the injured." The former government headed by Adel Abdul-Mahdi has not asserted since October that it was unable to find "shooters" against demonstrators who were demanding the renewal of the entire political class.
It is reported that in the first of October, during the first marches that later turned into the largest and most bloody social demonstrations in the history of Iraq, many demonstrators carried banners bearing pictures of the team, Lieutenant General Abdul Wahab al-Saadi, the "hero" of restoring Mosul from the hands of jihadists, who was later excluded from his post By Abdul Mahdi.
However, Al-Kazemi decided on Saturday evening to return Al-Saadi to the counter-terrorism agency and appointed him as its president. Al-Kazemi has long been seen as a Washington man in Baghdad, before he later established close ties with Iran as well.
On the other hand, Al-Kazemi called on the parliament to adopt the new electoral law necessary for the early elections promised by his predecessor. The new government presents itself as a "transitional" government. Al-Kazimi also stressed that the salaries of retirees will be paid soon.
