The cell’s reporter, Jawad Al-Mousawi, said in a press statement that "the Supreme Committee for Health and Safety will announce within three days a decision that includes a partial curfew throughout the week from {8 or 9 at night to 5 in the morning}.
It is noteworthy that, as of Monday, since the outbreak of the pandemic, Iraq had recorded more than 763,000 cases of Coronavirus and 13,788 deaths, compared to more than 690,000 cases of recovery, according to the Ministry of Health.
The Parliamentary Crisis Cell said yesterday that it will submit several recommendations to the Supreme Committee for Health and Safety, including lifting the total ban, maintaining the partial ban, emphasizing wearing masks, investing large halls, not allowing gatherings, adopting social distancing, and setting the date for mid-year exams between the twentieth and 25 of this month.
It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Health said earlier that the assessment of the epidemiological situation will take place before the 22nd of this month and will be submitted to the Supreme Committee for Health and Safety.
