Al-Tamimi: The creation of the position of Secretary General of the Federal Court for satisfaction and compromise, and it is not useful

The legal expert, Ali Al-Tamimi, counted, on Tuesday, the post of Secretary General of the Federal Court was created for satisfaction and is useless and does not exist legally in the administrative structure of the courts.
Al-Tamimi told / Al-Maalouma / that "the House of Representatives has well resorted to amending the old law of 2005 instead of voting on the controversial new law until elections are held, and then resorting to the amendment and passing the new law in order not to disrupt the holding of elections."
He added that "the new amendment was added to the creation of the position of Secretary General of the Federal Court, a position that does not exist in the administrative structure of the courts."
He added that "the position was created for satisfaction and political consensus is nothing more," noting that "the position does not have any authority, and laws will remain and decisions are passed in the same way, and there is no benefit from its existence."
