It was followed by Al-Rusafa Al-Thani - Al-Bataween (41.6%), Al-Karkh 1 - Al-Mansour (41.4%), and Al-Karkh Al-Thani - Al-Amiriyah (40.1%), while the Real Estate Registration Department in Al-Madaen recorded the lowest percentage in Baghdad (10.6%).
