[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / - Head of the Center for Political Thinking, Ihsan Al-Shammari, confirmed that: The Iraqi judiciary enjoys independence and is not subject to international guardianship or political pressures.
He told the National Iraqi News Agency ( NINA ) that: The Federal Court will consider the eligibility of the election winners, accountability and justice procedures, Integrity Commission issues and other criminal issues before issuing its final decision.
He explained that: The United Nations and the UN Security Council, with its resolution 2576, blessed the elections once and for all, and was present with the Commission before the elections.[/rtl]
