{Local: Al Furat News} The Media and Communications Commission announced the preparation of regulations to support digital transformation.
Abdul Azim Al-Saleh, a member of the Commission's Board of Commissioners, said during his honoring of the Digital Media Obelisk with a group of innovators and intellectuals from the Iraqi Digital Path on the occasion of the opening of the National Forum for Digital Communication, that "the country will witness remarkable progress to develop the digital field and we have started preparing regulations for all aspects of digitization."
He added, "Information technology today has become a societal science that has entered every detail of our lives and facilitated many complications," noting that "digital transformation in various aspects of life has become an urgent necessity."
And Al-Saleh, "The step of opening the forum is added to the previous steps taken by the Iraqi digital path in digital awareness," pointing out: "The Media and Communications Commission will provide what it can to support digital transformation."
