The leader of the State of Law coalition, Haider al-Lami, confirmed, on Tuesday, that the coordination framework is currently going through the stage of negotiations with the Sadrist blocs and Kurdish parties to solve the crisis of forming the Iraqi government, indicating that the framework is the current largest bloc in Parliament.
Al-Lami said, in a statement to / the information / that "the coordinating framework represents the large bloc within the House of Representatives and is currently in the process of negotiations with the Sadrist blocs, as well as the Kurdistan Democratic Party."
He added, "If the Federal Court ruled in favor of Bassem Khashan after he presented evidence of corruption in the nomination of Muhammad al-Halbousi for the position of parliament speaker, there will be major changes in the political process, especially if there is an agreement between the coordination framework, the Sadrist blocs and the Kurdistan Democratic Party."
And the former deputy of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Fadel Al-Fatlawi, considered, on Tuesday, that the delay in forming the Iraqi government will greatly affect the approval of the budget and investment and service projects, while he expected their approval in the middle of this year.
