The representative of the Azm Alliance, Ahmed Al-Jubouri, revealed, on Friday, the existence of corruption files in the purchase of tents and food baskets for the displaced, indicating that the Council of Ministers did not follow up on the money that was spent on the displaced.
Al-Jubouri said in a televised interview, which was followed by "Al-Maalouma", that "there is corruption in the purchase of displaced persons' tents and food baskets, and that the Council of Ministers did not follow up on the money that was spent on the displaced."
He added, "There is no real will on the part of the central government and politicians to end the file of the displaced, and that the governments of Anbar and Salah al-Din refuse the return of the displaced people in Nineveh."
He continued, "The file of the displaced lacks planning and management. The funds allocated to the displaced went into the hands of the corrupt, and I challenge the Ministry of Immigration to know how many displaced people there are." End / 25 D
