The State of Law coalition confirmed, today, Friday, that consensus has become an obligation for everyone to produce the three presidencies.
The deputy of the coalition, Jawad al-Bolani, said in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "after the recent developments of the political situation and the clear absence of political blocs by not attending the voting session on the President of the Republic, it became obligatory for everyone to agree to produce the three presidencies."
He pointed out that "the Iraqi components are required to make more effort to create national consensus in order to produce a parliamentary bloc capable of crossing the country to safety, so the expanded consensus and the expanded government can meet the needs of the stage."
He added, "The initiatives are there and the dialogue has not stopped, and we hope everyone will move to form the largest bloc."
