A government bank launches an advance of 25 million for employees

Shafaq News/ Al-Rafidain State Bank announced today, Monday, the release of an advance of 25 million dinars for employees and employees of the Defense and Interior Ministry, their salaries to the bank.
And the bank’s media office said in a statement, received by Shafak News Agency, that it was decided to give the employees of the domiciliary state departments their salaries at our bank, and the employees who are not covered by the localization officers of the Ministries of Interior and Defense, in personal advances from 5 million to 25 million dinars, indicating that the interest rate is up to 5% and the repayment period is 5 years.
The statement called on the employees and employees of the Defense and Interior who wish to grant them this loan to review the bank’s branches spread in Baghdad and the governorates for the purpose of applying, pointing out that the guarantee of the advance for employees of civil state departments is sponsored by a civil employee whose salary is with the bank exclusively in addition to the MasterCard card.
As for the defense and interior employees, the guarantor is on the sponsorship of a civil employee of the state departments whose salary is exclusively with the bank, or on the sponsorship of two of the domiciled affiliates whose salaries are with the bank or the sponsorship of an officer, according to the statement.
And yesterday, Sunday, the Rafidain Bank decided to increase the period for repaying the 50 million dinars loans for construction, restoration and rehabilitation of residential homes for citizens and employees, to be 15 years instead of 10 years.
On February 9, 2022, the Rafidain State Bank directed the resumption of granting loans and advances to employees and citizens.
