Kurdistan returns everyone who has been retired without his job rank to the real one
Shafaq News/ The Kurdistan Regional Government decided today, Sunday, to return every person who was referred to retirement with a special job grade higher than his entitlement to his true degree.
The Information and Information Department of the Kurdistan Regional Government said in a statement issued regarding resolving the retirement files for special grades in Kurdistan, which was received by Shafaq News Agency, that the Director-General of Retirement in the Region, Hazem Ismail, confirmed that in the reform law there is an article that talks about any person who is referred to retirement to a degree that he does not deserve higher From his true degree, he must recover that degree from him.
The statement added: On the basis of that article, the Director General of Pensions in the region sent on April 7, 2022 a book and a list of addresses to the Council of Ministers in order to change their grades.
