KRG Spokesman, Jutiar Adel, issued a clarification denying all allegations and rumors claiming that the KRG had occupied and seized several oil fields in Bai Hassan and Daoudkorki of the North Oil Company in Kirkuk.

[size=45]Undoubtedly, public wealth, under the Iraqi constitution, belongs to all Iraqis and is not the property of a company.
The North Oil Company has been operating for years in the absence of the oil and gas law, violating the constitution, and if it is keen to solve problems, it must legislate the oil and gas law on the basis of the constitution.[/size]
