Today, Tuesday, Parliament Speaker Muhammad Al-Halbousi received the head of the Martyrs Foundation, Mr. Abdul Ilah Al-Naeli.
A statement by Al-Halbousi's office, which Mawazine News received a copy of, said that the two sides discussed during the meeting the mechanisms of the Martyrs Foundation's work, the most important requirements for developing its performance, and the obstacles that stand in the way of completing citizens' transactions, as well as discussing the draft law on the first amendment to the Law of the Martyrs Foundation No. (2) for the year 2016, and the importance of its maturation in line with the needs of the institution and the advancement of its work.
