The Federal Court rejects two lawsuits by Mashaan al-Jubouri and Bassem Khashan
Shafaq News / The Federal Supreme Court (the highest judicial authority in Iraq), on Wednesday, rejected two lawsuits by former parliament member Mishaan al-Jubouri, and current deputy, Basem Khashan.
The court stated, in a statement received by Shafaq News Agency, that the two lawsuits "the first was filed by Mishaan al-Jubouri regarding his return to Parliament, and the other filed in the name of Khashan about determining the monthly wage for lecturers."
Earlier in the day, the Federal Court postponed the date for deciding the case for dissolving Parliament until the thirtieth of August.
