    A member of the Parliamentary Services Committee, Thaer Abdul-Jalil Al-Saeedi, confirmed today, Sunday, that the infrastructure of Baghdad is dilapidated and its default life is over, indicating that the Baghdad Municipality has failed to address the rain crisis.
