Recommended that the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, the Department of Public Citizens instruct the sections of the affairs of the citizens of the formations of the ministries and departments not associated with the Ministry and the provincial councils and the provinces to adopt a program of "government of the citizen electronic" as a database of national requests and complaints from citizens.
showed Affairs Department of the citizens in the Secretariat that this program is through it reception and archive and follow-up requests and recycled between those sections according to the jurisdiction and over the internet.
also recommended the department to freeze the introduction of follow-up and management requests and complaints from citizens electronic "Lorem" or any other programs synonymous at the present time with a commitment to walk working procedures in relation to requests and complaints prior to when completed in full .
