, a member of the Parliamentary Legal Committee, Ahmed Al-Tarifi, said, on Tuesday, that the suspended laws amounted to nearly a hundred laws, "concerning large segments of society."
Al-Tarifi added, in an interview with the official newspaper, "Al-Sabah", which was followed by Mawazine News, that these laws "change the conditions of the oppressed in society, and that the committee will start working on classifying them and then work on approving them after passing the budget law for the year 2023."
He explained, "The committee will go to pass important laws such as the law on public retirement, civil service and others, because of their impact on the life of the citizen, after it has been consolidated in terms of entrances and legal contexts."
Al-Tarifi pointed out that "resolving the problems of laws, pending and controversial files, and what was agreed upon before the formation of the government in the State Administration Coalition, will require resorting to the constitution within the legal frameworks." Ended 29/N33
