Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil for Gas Affairs, Izzat Saber Ismail, today, Thursday, inaugurated the Samawah gas depot project in Al-Muthanna Governorate.
Ismail said in a speech during a ceremony held on this occasion, according to a ministry statement, that "the Samawah gas depot project is one of the latest projects that adopt modern technology and means of protection, and aims to provide a large part of the consumer need and storage energy for liquid gas for the governorate."
Ismail pointed to "the ministry's keenness to improve the services provided to citizens and work to modernize oil and gas facilities," adding that "the next stage will witness the implementation of many promising projects."
For his part, the General Manager of the Gas Mobilization and Services Company, Ali Hussein, stated that "
Hussein added, "The warehouse's activity includes receiving, distillation, storage and loading operations, and the production capacity of the factories amounts to (13,000) cylinders per day." Ended 29/N33
