    Baghdad today - Baghdad
Today, Saturday, the head of the Bayariq Al-Khair Alliance, Muhammad Othman Al-Khalidi, revealed 3 reasons behind the sudden leave of Parliament Speaker Muhammad Al-Halbousi.
Al-Khalidi told (Baghdad Today) that "the sudden leave of Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi for a period of two weeks from the presidency of Parliament, in conjunction with the arrival of the budget, has 3 direct reasons behind it."
He added, "The most prominent of these reasons are the differences with the State Administration Coalition, in addition to complex and raging disputes within the Sovereignty Coalition, which constitutes real pressure on the sustainability of this alliance in the coming period."
He pointed out that "the Sovereignty Coalition entered the state administration coalition forcibly after the collapse of the tripartite alliance with the withdrawal of the Sadrists, which weakened it, so it was forced to enter into an inconsistent coalition."
Al-Khalidi added, "Al-Halbousi's withdrawal from the state administration coalition is very likely in the next stage in light of the differences that have begun to emerge recently, but on the other hand, sovereignty is also suffering from sharp differences between the poles, and there are expectations of other withdrawals."
Earlier, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Muhammad al-Halbousi, surprisingly granted himself two weeks leave for reasons not officially announced.
A statement by the House of Representatives, received by (Baghdad Today), said, "Based on a parliamentary order issued by him, Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi grants himself regular leave for a period of 15 days, starting from April 3." The statement added, "Al-Halbousi authorized the first deputy to manage the parliament sessions
. With the authorization of the First Deputy and Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives to follow up the work of the parliamentary committees during the vacation period.
