    And she added that the details of the case indicate that five employees in the department - of whom three were arrested - proceeded with the process of rectifying the shares of the owners of the right to dispose of one of the distinguished real estate in Karbala, which has an area of ​​​​(153) dunums, and the organization of fake (forged) entries, as it resulted in That tampering is the registration of disposal rights in the name of people, even though the property belongs to the Ministry of Finance and is devoid of any disposal rights.
    She noted the organization of a fundamental record; In order to present it with the accused and the criminal exhibits represented by the statement, bonds and forged entries; The competent investigating judge, while the property was seized and handed over to the municipality of Karbala as a “third person,” until the investigation of the case is completed.
