    Baghdad today - Baghdad 
     Today, Tuesday, the Central Bank of Iraq issued a warning to all licensed banks and electronic payment providers about the presence of unidentified parties that carry out fraud and defrauding citizens wishing to obtain humanitarian aid from a neighboring country.
    And the media department of the bank stated, through a document obtained by (Baghdad Today), that “Deputy Governor Faisal Al-Haimus Agency confirmed that several inquiries had been received to the Central Bank about the existence of unidentified entities that defraud and defraud citizens wishing to obtain humanitarian aid from one of the neighboring countries, Pointing out that "these parties request funds from citizens by transferring via electronic wallets under the pretext of opening an account with this bank, or in a bank."
    Al-Humais added, "These operations are considered a fraud, and it is a dangerous phenomenon that exposes the people of this country to great losses when they transfer money without obtaining any amount, warning citizens not to fall victim to these operations by publishing on websites and social media platforms, Or any other appropriate method to reach the largest number of audience, on a regular basis.
