The Iranian ambassador agrees with the coordination framework: the electricity crisis in Iraq is political and America is the reason

On Monday, the Iranian ambassador to Iraq, Muhammad Kazem Al Sadiq, commented on the high frequency of Iraqi voices demanding that the electricity card be removed from the political calculations of the American administration towards the Iranian side.
Yesterday, Sunday, the governing coordination framework in Iraq held the United States responsible for the electricity crisis, and called on the government to address the American side to release the Iranian gas import dues, and not to use the file politically.
And Al Sadiq wrote, in a tweet to him on Twitter: “The pace of patriotic voices is rising, demanding that the electricity card be removed from American political dealings and exploited to strike people with the increasing temperatures.”
The Iranian ambassador added, "The demands to achieve economic sovereignty for Iraq put the finger on the wound, and are considered an accurate diagnosis of the crisis that deserves thanks," directing his thanks to the Iraqi government for its effort to "achieve common interests."
Earlier in the day, the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity denied the news that Iran had stopped exporting gas to Iraq permanently, without prior notice.
The supply of electricity in Iraq has witnessed a noticeable decline in recent days in conjunction with a rise in temperatures, and according to statements by a spokesperson for the Ministry of Electricity and the Parliamentary Energy Committee, the ministry has paid its debts to the Iranian side for dues for gas supplied to power plants, but the economic sanctions imposed on Iran, by the United States, prevented the delivery of funds to Iran, which prompted Tehran to stop supplying gas to Baghdad.
As a result, the Electricity and Energy Committee in the Iraqi Parliament called on the federal government to put pressure on the United States of America to remove the energy file from political calculations.
