    the buying price of a dollar is 149,250 per 100 dollars,
    the selling price of a dollar is 147,250 per 100 dollars

    in the north:
    the buying price of a dollar is 150,500 per 100 dollars,
    the selling price of a dollar is 148,500 per 100 dollars



    In the south:
    the buying price of the dollar is 150,000 per 100 dollars,
    the selling price of the dollar is 148,000 per 100 dollars.
