    The Undersecretary for Distribution Affairs, Eng. Ali Maarij Al-Bahadli, received in his office at the Ministry's headquarters in Baghdad a number of officials, headed by the former Speaker of Parliament, Salim Al-Jubouri, as well as a number of directors of national and foreign companies operating in the oil sector.

      The guests congratulated Eng. Ali Maarej Al-Bahadli on his assumption of the position of Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil for Distribution Affairs, and they discussed several issues that serve the work of oil departments and companies, wishing him success in his new job.

    The Undersecretary expressed his gratitude and happiness for the visit of the well-wishers on this occasion, stressing the importance of enhancing cooperation and coordination between departments and oil companies in accordance with the aspirations of the Ministry in implementing its plans drawn up to develop the oil sector, increase production, storage capacity, and self-sufficiency, foremost of which is the investment of gas, and stopping its burning to serve the public interest.[/rtl]
