Today, Sunday (October 29, 2023), the Trade Bank of Iraq (TBI) issued a clarification regarding the sale of the dollar to those wishing to travel abroad.
In a statement received by Baghdad Today, the bank urged citizens "not to deal with fake pages or websites that adopt the process of booking appointments to obtain travelers' dollars through our bank."
He stated, “The process of booking appointments to obtain the dollar currency for travelers takes place only through the bank’s official link (click [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] ).”
The Iraqi Trade Bank "disclaimed its full responsibility to customers for any other party that adopts the reservation process in the name of the bank."
