On Monday, the Board of Commissioners of the Election Commission announced that the first batch of answers to the appeals had been sent to the judicial body.
The Secretary-General of the Board of Commissioners, Ali Faisal, said in a statement: “Yesterday we sent the first batch of answers to the appeals to the judicial body,” noting that “the total appeals submitted to the election results amounted to 329 appeals.”
He added: "We are likely to complete the answers to all appeals within the next three days in preparation for sending them to the judicial body."
