    United bloc criticized the way the entire process of choosing defense minister within the coalition.


     A member bloc united within the alliance Iraqi forces, the victory of al-Jubouri, said that "the process of selecting important positions for some of the candidates are confidential high and limited to between three to four people inside the coalition forces, and it was a monopoly on them and on others, only waiting for the green light to know what's happened."

     It showed al-Jubouri said that "the mechanism that applies to the selection of the defense minister in the coalition forces irregular and unsatisfactory for most of the deputies in addition to the members of the coalition because it is taking place far from their sights, and behind closed doors and do not depend taking the views of anyone but senior leaders as if they were the custodians of the rest of the members," pointing out that "Indicators of the last meeting of the leaders of the coalition before travel Speaker of Parliament, Saleem al-Jubouri, near confirm the nomination of Khalid al-Obeidi from office, despite the insistence of some on Jabralgabri again, especially since Prime Minister excited him."

    A source from within the parliamentary National Alliance, on Wednesday, said that "all parties within the National Alliance agreed on the nomination of MP, Ahmed Chalabi, as the sole candidate for the Ministry of Interior," he described.
    The source said in a statement reported for ((eighth day)) that "all parties to the National Alliance agreed, on Wednesday, on the nomination of Ahmed Chalabi, the Ministry of Interior, despite having some reservations upon by certain blocks, but the case was settled," adding that "the National Alliance will provide candidate for the Interior Ministry to the Prime Minister, Haider al-Abadi, to be submitted to Parliament in session on Thursday to vote on it. "
     He stressed that "the National Alliance does not have indicators on the candidates and the Department of Defense who Sikdmanm Abadi fact, Khalid al-Obeidi, and Jaber al-Jabri, enjoy the admissibility of the range with all the parties to the National Alliance".

    MP likely block the citizen Habib Terminal on Wednesday that "the parliament session next Thursday will see the resolve the issue of naming the ministers of interior and defense.
     
    The Terminal told ((eighth day)) that "the ministries of interior and defense are considered the most important ministries in Iraq because of the security situation, which is going through the country, explaining that" all the political blocs on to vote on, and we need strongly to vote on the two ministries as soon as possible .
     
    He added that the terminal block citizen does not have any red lines against any candidate, and the candidates who are agreed on them within the National Alliance will vote for them in the parliament session.

    [ltr] BAGHDAD / obelisk: announced a coalition of state law, on Wednesday, that the nomination of the two characters to the ministries of defense and interior had reached its final stage, and that the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi will resolve the matter on Thursday.
    The leader of the Coalition MP Abbas al-Bayati said in an interview for "obelisk" that "tomorrow, Thursday is the deadline to resolve the naming of two characters to the ministries of defense and interior," asserting that "Abadi arrived at the final stage of selecting the two ministers." He added that "the Prime Minister currently complements the consultations with the political parties to ensure compatibility on the names of the candidates."
    He said al-Bayati, that "candidates for the two positions have been chosen not to be announced until after the parliamentary create a climate for them to vote at the meeting on Thursday."
    Al-Bayati did not reveal the names of candidates for the defense and interior ministries, but he stressed that "the choice of personalities were in accordance with the standard of competence, integrity and experience."  The House voted on September 8 last on the line-up except for the ministers of defense, interior and effects and the promise of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi submit its candidates during the week, but the House of Representatives was unsuccessful vote for them was to postpone the vote on the candidates for the hearing tomorrow, Thursday October 16.
