     Information / Diyala
    The Diyala Health Department confirmed, on Wednesday, the completion of the third phase of the largest Iraqi border hospital project.
    Director of Diyala Health Information, Fares Al-Azzawi, told Al-Maalouma, “The completion rate of Mandali Hospital has reached more than 70%.”
    He added, "The hospital is the largest of its kind in the Iraqi border cities, and its opening will reduce the pressure on Baqubah hospitals, especially critical cases."
    He pointed out that "Diyala Health is continuing to equip the hospital with medical equipment in preparation for its opening after the completion of the fourth and final phase."
    He explained, "The hospital will provide its services to more than 70,000 people within the border cities and villages east of Diyala."
    Mandali is one of the most famous and largest border cities in eastern Iraq, and it is administratively affiliated with Diyala Governorate.
