    Local media and some social media pages circulated, early Friday morning, an agenda for a parliamentary session dedicated to voting on the 2024 budget schedules on a proposed date next Monday.

    I followed[url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/entity/133473/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B3%D9%88%D9%85%D8%B1%D9%8A%D8%A9 %D9%86%D9%8A%D9%88%D8%B2/ar/]Alsumaria News[/url]The reality of the agenda, especially since it was published at dawn today, unlike the times in which the agenda is often published, and the fact that the session was held on this day to vote on the budget, especially since it is a step contrary to the data and preferences of the representatives who ruled out the possibility of approving the budget soon and that it will be delayed due to disagreements over it until later. Eid al-Adha.



    Upon tracking, we found that the schedule was not published on the official websites, pages and platforms of[url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/entity/1488748421/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%86%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%A8 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%82%D9%8A/ar/]Iraqi Parliament[/url]He is keen to publish the agenda as soon as a meeting is scheduled soon.

    We found that the first person to publish the agenda for next Monday’s session to vote on the budget schedules is the representative[url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/entity/377324037/%D9%85%D8%B5%D8%B7%D9%81%D9%89 %D8%AC%D8%A8%D8%A7%D8%B1 %D8%B3%D9%86%D8%AF/ar/]Mustafa Jabbar Sanad[/url]At dawn today, Friday, a comment was included on the schedule, describing the session as “an invalid session, because the Finance Committee has not yet voted on the schedules and has not prepared its reports on the schedules.”

    This comment undermines the possibility of holding the session on Monday, and the absence of the schedule on the official platforms of Parliament proves that the schedule leaked by the representative[url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/entity/377324037/%D9%85%D8%B5%D8%B7%D9%81%D9%89 %D8%AC%D8%A8%D8%A7%D8%B1 %D8%B3%D9%86%D8%AF/ar/]Mustafa Jabbar Sanad[/url]It is merely preparing a schedule regarding a proposed date for the possibility of holding the budget voting session, but it is not a real specification or announcement yet by the House of Representatives to hold the session.
