Called French President François Hollande, the Iraqi army to exert more effort to prove he is able to fight "Daash", and what was considered that the strikes on the strongholds of regulation is not enough and must be accompanied by moves on the ground, pointed out that the Kurdish Peshmerga forces do what troops did not do Iraqi armed.

He said Hollande in a press conference held in the Canadian capital of Ottawa, said that "the Iraqi army it make more effort to prove he is able to fight Daash," noting that "the air strikes carried out by the international coalition against the extremist organization is not enough, and must be accompanied by moves on the ground ".

He Hollande in remarks reported by "Reuters", "The action on the ground in Iraq back to the Iraqi army and the Peshmerga to ensure recovery of the earth", stressing that "the Peshmerga do it and achieved successes in the last period, and this did not do the Iraqi armed forces after."

He said Hollande "We asked the Iraqi government to carry out the largest possible aggregation of forces, so that the army has enough respect from all denominations as effective."

French President Francois Hollande has declared, in (19 September 2014), agreed to launch air strikes against the organization "Daash" in Iraq, while explained that France would not send troops on the ground.
