[rtl]The spokesman for the Ministry of Construction and Housing, Nabil Al-Saffar, said that the investment complexes that have spread in Baghdad have obtained the approvals of the National Investment Commission in accordance with Investment Law No. 13 of 2006. [/rtl]
[rtl]Al-Saffar said, "The bottlenecks occurred due to the increase in the number of residents and cars, as well as the failure to previously establish large strategic projects to solve this crisis."[/rtl]
[rtl]He added, "The current government has dealt with the issue seriously and has put in place the necessary plans to resolve this crisis, starting with projects to relieve congestion, which have begun to enter into operation successively, as well as the issue of establishing sustainable residential cities outside city centers, in addition to starting to launch major vital projects, including the Fourth Ring Road, the Baghdad Metro, and the Development Road."[/rtl]
[rtl]He added, "All these efforts will lead to finding solutions with tangible results in the short term."[/rtl]
