{Politics: Al Furat News} The representative of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Sharif Suleiman, confirmed that the work of the Council of Representatives was affected by the absence of electing a real speaker for it.
[rtl]Suleiman told Al Furat News Agency, "There are moves to resolve the issue of electing the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and we are waiting for the Sunni House to agree on one person, and we hope that they will unify their visions and agree on one opinion on this issue."[/rtl]
[rtl]He added that the resolution of the issue of electing the Council President has been prolonged, which has affected the Council’s performance due to the failure to elect the President. I see that efforts are continuing and being made daily, but there is no consensus worth mentioning to overcome this dilemma or elect a single person. Despite the ongoing efforts, the final resolution of a single candidate has not yet appeared.[/rtl]
