The Ministry of Environment has prepared the National Strategy for Environmental Protection and Improvement for the years (2024-2030) in cooperation with the United Nations Development Program. The Director of the Environmental Awareness and Media Department at the Ministry, Amir Ali Al-Hassoun, told Al-Sabah: The Ministry has prepared the operational budget for the year 2025, which includes 45 programs for environmental improvement. He added that the Ministry has developed action plans for the National Strategy for Environmental Protection and Improvement for the years (2024-2030) in cooperation with the United Nations Development Program.
