    Favored by the mass of citizens, vote on the draft law of the National Guard without facing difficulties, because it "guarantees the rights of" the popular crowd, stressing waiting for a report from the security and defense committee in order to be put to a second reading legislation before voting on it.

    This comes at a time when the Democratic Alliance saw that important draft laws in general, including the National Guard pass clear crisis because of sectarian and partisan and personal conflicts.

" 


    Tamimi and guessed that "the vote on the draft National Guard law without facing difficulties," attributing however, that "guarantees the rights of the popular crowd." 


    In contrast MP Mithal al-Alusi, a member of the Democratic Alliance said in an interview to the (long-Presse), "The important laws such as the National Guard and accountability, justice and other, passing a clear crisis due to sectarian conflicts partisan and personal," returned "The political scene gradually back to square one." 


    He added Alusi "should pour priority in the construction of the military establishment on the basis of professional and hold negligent", stressing the need for "concrete evidence to prove the government that it is capable of reform." He said al-Alusi that "lag nothing in the draft National Guard law only, but it is a phenomenon reflects the government's performance."
