[rtl]BAGHDAD / obelisk: The Oil Ministry announced on Saturday that it has signed an agreement with Chinese companies to set up export Aqaba Basra line, noting that the export line, which passes through Saudi Arabia depends on the approval of the Saudi side to do so.[/rtl]
[rtl]He said Oil Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi said in an interview with the local media and I followed 'obelisk', that 'the ministry signed on Friday an agreement with a consortium of Chinese companies in the Chinese capital Beijing to set up a strategic line for the transfer and export of oil from the Basra project down to the Jordanian port of Aqaba.'[/rtl]
[rtl]He said Abdul-Mahdi said 'this line is important for Iraq, where he will promote the export of Iraq's capabilities and increases the flexibility in his capabilities.'[/rtl]
[rtl]He said Abdul-Mahdi, the 'other export line that passes through Saudi Arabia that connects to the Red Sea and the payment of large sums of money when Iraq depends on Saudi Arabia to allow Iraq oil exports passing through this line.'[/rtl]
[rtl]The tube Iraqi oil - Jordan is a project under Altiv to transfer the extracted crude oil from the fields of Basra, south Iraq to the city of Aqaba in southern Jordan, where this tube extends a distance of $ 1 700 km through two phases, the first extending from Basra to Haditha in western Iraq, and the second stretch to be completed in the port of Aqaba to export oil to the rest of the world.[/rtl]
[rtl]Meanwhile Abdul-Mahdi stressed that 'with Iraq and with the consensus and unity of OPEC if there was an agreement between all parties to the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries and even outside if the producers really wanted to cooperate and reduce their share of the oil. "[/rtl]
[rtl]He said Abdul-Mahdi said 'Iraq had previously paid his share in this area was the major victim of the question of reduction of production', stating 'We understand these issues but the reduction of production will be under a roof and how we will defend our national rights of this last debate'.[/rtl]
[rtl]The drop in oil prices to less than $ 30 a barrel all the oil producing countries and exporting them, especially those that rely public budgets on these oil revenues, mainly that encourages these countries to talk Anamkanah agreement to reduce output by 5% each State may hurt.[/rtl]
