[ltr]Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri said Friday that the Iraqis are paying conflicts and international agendas tax.[/ltr]
[ltr]Jubouri said while attending a rally expanded to the families of the Middle Euphrates held in the hand rump Babil province, and followed up / scales News /, "we fully believe in the unity of Iraq, and the Iraqis are paying conflicts and international agendas tax," stressing "the need to grant extended powers to the provinces to manage their affairs, and strive to provide all what helps the provinces to perform its role and management of its affairs.
