Legal Committee of Parliament announced that the House will vote on a legal amnesty of the Federal Court on Thursday of next week.

for his part, Kurdistan Alliance MP Majid Chenkali that the general amnesty law includes a lot of exceptions is reasonable, and this is incompatible with the clarity of the law that we seek.He Chenkali told (Il Giornale) Monday (February 8, 2016), that "the general amnesty law should not include terrorists and thieves of public money and the owners of criminal offenses." 
He explained that "Iraqi forces union demanded the retrial of those convicted," stressing the same time intercept the Kurdistan Alliance the voting formula in the Federal Court Act and demanded that be by majority. "
