    [ltr]Carried the oil and energy parliamentary, Thursday, and former oil minister Hussein al-Shahristani, the previous government responsible for the corruption of licensing rounds, asserting that the sale of Rumaila, Zubair, Qurna oil emphasizes the lack of study of a real strategy for the development of those fields and not mortgaged.[/ltr]
