    Voice of the Council of Dhi Qar province, on Wednesday, a majority of its members on the distribution of cuts salaries of state employees to support the popular crowd mechanism, while noting that the size of the cuts amounted to 253 million dinars, he decided to form a committee to consider applications for advanced treatment.   
     Said council member Shaimaa Abdul-Sattar al-Fatlawi in a statement received (range Press), a copy of "21 members out of 23 members attended the regular meeting of the Provincial Council session Dhi Qar and voted today on a mechanism for the distribution of 253 million dinars for the wounded popular crowd."
    She Fatlawi "The funds listed are from the financial amounts that have been deducted from maintaining staff as a donation to popular crowd," indicating that "50 million dinars of the total amount will be allocated to fill the shortfall in medical devices and essential medical supplies in the lounge Hussein Teaching Hospital operations."
    Fatlawi pointed out that "the amount will be distributed according to the requests from both injured and will be for each patient at least 500,000 dinars and not more than two million, according to health status."
    She drew Fatlawi that "the Council decided to form a committee of five members, including representatives of the competent committees of the provincial council and representatives from the health department in Dhi Qar to consider applications developed for treatment."
    The Council of Dhi Qar province (375 km south of Baghdad) had cut a symbolic sums of money from employees of provincial institutions and by thousand dinars per month from each employee with a salary 500 000 dinars, or less, and more than two thousand dinars who paid for it.
     More than 15,000 volunteers from the people of Dhi Qar province, its city of Nasiriyah (375 km) south of Baghdad, had volunteered within the popular crowd during the past months, to support the armed forces in fighting the terrorist organizations and groups, as tens of thousands of people of the province participate in the implementation of tasks fighting within the armed forces and security forces.
