[ltr]Accused the Committee of the Regions parliamentary Sunday, the central government not to implement the transfer of powers to provincial law, while stressing that the government is dragging its feet in implementing the law.[/ltr]
[ltr]He said committee member Mahmoud Mahmoud's / balances News /, "The central government and the block behind the transfer of powers to the provinces until now," adding that "the government confirms the transfer of powers to the provinces in the media only".[/ltr]
[ltr]He added that "the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said the Parliament during his recent visit to the application of the law."[/ltr]
[ltr]The Commission on the parliamentary regions, earlier, that the current situation is not formatted for the application of decentralized decision considering that some provinces live a kind of political districts between blocs, as it may be lost if the interests of the citizens were given permission to these Mahafezat.anthy 29[/ltr]
