    6:17:00 a.m. 3/23/2016 |(Voice ofIraq) - BasraOffice ofBasra province ,decided toinclude thecounty seat, amounts ofsocial benefits amounting tofive million dollars, which allocates annually to the districts areas near oil fields and areas, and provided by the six foreign investment companies operating in the oil sector, and after he wasconsidered Office of theprovince PCHR unchanged Like theadministrative units in thedistricts and areas. the Office of theprovince ofBasra, decided on March 16 ,2016, a plan by a committee set up by theBureau and the South oil company to establish service projects in theprovince and district. the deputy governor ofBasra for districts, counties Arab Kazim Algerian following themeeting held by thegovernor ofBasra with anumber of members of the Council in the Office of the province permit, that the agreement was between the two communities to distribute 75% fixed as a percentage of the administrative units, to be the per unit amount of1,000,546 thousand dollars, stressing that those amounts will include all theprovince including in the center, after it was regarded as anadministrative unit, and not limiting those amounts only to districts and areas.among theAlgerian the other 25% of the remaining percentage will be distributed to areas with oil fields , a 6 regions (2 in Zubair, and 2 in Qurna, along withecstasy, and Siba ) to be the amount allocated value, 1,000,375 thousand dollars. legal and about thevalidity of theGovernment of Basra in the division of theAlgerian amounts, he explained that the governor of Basra Majed Nasraoui received approval and no objection from the oil minister ,when heraised it with the idea ofdividing those amounts and coverage ofBasra , thecenter of theamounts ofsocial benefits. the Algerian and a mechanism and atechnical committee honorable and cooperation with administrative units, will work to identify specific projects tothose areas in accordance with the allocations they receive from theamounts ofsocial benefits, and will be given priority ,according to the basic needs of theregion. it is said that the mayor ofZubair, west of Basra, demanded Alhsonh , announced on Monday reserved itsposition on themechanism that has been resorted to for the division ratio of theamounts ofsocial benefits provided to the districts close to theoil fields and aspects. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
